The sauna cabin reaches a temperature of approximately 90° C. Recommended to maintain the health of the circulatory and respiratory systems, prevent infections and strengthen the immune system by intense sweating. Also excellent for cleansing the skin. Relaxes and slackens muscles. Best interspersed with breaks for cooling, as the change from cold to hot helps to tone blood vessels and aid circulation. The pauses should be of equal length, or longer, than the sauna sessions.
The sauna is at guests' disposal from 16:00 to 19:00.
